For the base of the neck I used mountain contours. I made some 3D renders in Cinema 4D aswell. I also intergrated some buildings I photographed during my visit in Rome. The fade of the model is made with aquarelle paint which I painted traditionally and then digitalised with use of my flatbed scanner. I thought the korean text would look great with the abstract feel of the artwork, which says: luminance.
